Of all the bands playing at Forecastle X this year, we may be most excited about Beach House on Friday. We fell in love with the band after their release of Teen Dream, and just in time for this summer, Beach House has released the first track of their upcoming album, Bloom, out May 15th. Check out “Myth” below. It’s just as hauntingly beautiful as their sophomore junior/3rd album, so I can’t wait to hear the rest, then see it live in-person at Forecastle!

FYI: “Teen Dream” is Beach House’s third album. Really excited they’re playing Louisville, for sure.

You’re right. Brain fart. I started with Devotion. Then Teen Dream, then worked back. They’ve reissued the first album. Need to pick that up if I can find it.
