Philly’s Dr. Dog loves Louisville. They return for a fourth time in as many years. We saw them back in late 2007 at Phoenix Hill Tavern and were not that impressed. Then the band totally redeemed themselves at the 2008 Forecastle Fest when they put on one of the best shows of the festival. They played at Headliner’s in April of 2009 and now have another show at Headliner’s scheduled for May 7th with Deertick. Every time we have seen them they have gotten better and better. We can’t wait for this show. I’d get your tickets early because they have a loyal following here in town. I wouldn’t be surprised if it sells out.
